01. Interior Design Project
A complete design package that includes all the necessary drawings and visualizations for the realization of your unique interior project.
The project includes:
  • Site visit and measurements. On-site measurements, photo documentation, and initial familiarization with the space.
  • Service agreement. Signing a contract for design services.
  • Detailed client questionnaire. This stage allows me to deeply understand your lifestyle, preferences, and aesthetic vision.
  • Space planning. Two to three layout options to choose from. After discussion and refinement, we finalize the optimal solution.
  • 3D visualizations (in two stages):
  1. Introductory rooms (Entrance hall, Kitchen, Living room) — discussion and adjustments.
  2. Remaining rooms — final approval of all renderings.
  • Working drawings. A detailed set of technical plans required for builders, furniture makers, and contractors. The exact list is tailored individually, but typically includes:
  1. Measurement plan
  2. Demolition plan (if needed)
  3. New partition plan
  4. Furniture layout
  5. Plumbing plan
  6. Door openings plan
  7. Flooring plan
  8. Ceiling plan
  9. Lighting layout
  10. Lighting control scheme
  11. Power outlet plan
  12. Underfloor heating plan
  13. Heating system layout
  14. Wall elevations
  15. Custom furniture drawings
  • Project budget estimate. Detailed breakdown by categories — lighting, plumbing, furniture, and finishing materials.
02. Space Planning
A foundational stage that defines the functional logic and flow of your future interior.

Process:
  • Site visit, measurements, and photo documentation. For remote work, layouts from the developer or BTI plan may be used. A local measurement service can be arranged if needed.
  • Service agreement.
  • Detailed client questionnaire.
  • Development of two to three planning options, followed by refinement of one final version.
03. Interior Style Concept
Final cost is discussed individually.
  • Development of an interior style concept in SketchUp, based on 4–5 frames per room.
  • This service requires an existing space plan. If you don’t have one, layout development can be added to the scope of work.
04. Project Supervision
  • Assistance with material sourcing and purchase coordination. Saves you time and minimizes stress.
  • Communication with construction teams via messaging apps. Support in resolving questions arising during the build.
  • Construction monitoring through client-provided photo and video reports.
